Dare Equestrian IEA Team

We want you to join the team!
Dare Equestrian Center offers Middle and High School IEA Teams for riders in 4th-12th grade. Each team member is required to ride at the equestrian center once per week in order to be eligible to show. Our teams compete at the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) shows. IEA membership fees are $60 for each discipline (western and hunt seat). Early Registration fee is $55 per discipline - deadline for early registration is July 1, 2022.

As a member you may choose how many shows you want to participate in up to the allowed amount by IEA (which is 5 or shows each discipline.) Each individual will earn points at the shows in order to qualify for the Regional, and Zone finals and a chance to advance to Nationals. Participation in the Dare Equestrian Team is a great way to improve your skills as a rider as well as prepare for college riding programs.

Team Work Days
Horse Shows (Season runs September - May)

Team requirements:

Team Fee
Riding Lessons with Linda Dare - weekly
Team Lessons - as scheduled before a horse show
Entry fee to horse show ($45 per class)
